Your e-mail is set-up in this way: name@yourdomain.com. The (name)
part can be any word that you select that accurately describes who
the e-mail will reach. The (yourdomain) part is identical to your
www.yourdomain.com address.
What these programs do is connect your computer to the mail server.
You need to be connected to the Internet in order for them to work.
You must configure the program, telling it where to look for your
mail account that resides on our server. To help you do this we
have prepared a few screen shots and notes to guide your process.
If trouble arises, refer to this tutorial, or press the help key
in Eudora or Outlook for help.
In order to check your mail, you must have an e-mail program. The
two most popular are Eudora Pro and Outlook Express.
Eudora E-mail Program Tutorial:
1. Main Menu: Tools > Personalities
2. Right click and select " New...
"
(Please refer to data we gave you to fill out the fields)
Personality Name: This is the name of the account you would
see on the personality section in Eudora.
Real Name: The Real Name option contains the title of the
account. It can be your name, or the name of the business you work
for.
Return Address: The name should represent the contact person
or department.
Example: yourname@yourdomain.com
Login Name: Every account has a Login Name. We will create
a the login name to be similar to the name you have selected for
your address.
SMTP Server: mail.(yourdomain).com or mail.(yourdomain).net.
** Note: Make sure that there is no @ in this locator. It does not
work if one is included.
INCOMING MAIL (Tab):
Server: add the same info here that you entered for the
SMPT server.mail.yourdomain.com or .net.
3. Use POP 3 configuration type. Choose
your preferences.
4. If you have entered the correct
data, then you will be all configured.

Outlook (Express) E-mail Program Tutorial:
1. To set up a new account find Tools in
the menu bar. Select Accounts
2. Go to Add > Mail
Name: The Name option contains the title of the
account.
E-mail Address: The name should represent the contact person
or department.
Example: yourname@yourdomain.com
Reply Address: Same as above.
Mail Account: (Incoming-Outgoing): mail.yourdomain.com or
mail.yourdomain.net.
Return Address: In most cases your return address is identical
to your e-mail address.
SERVER:
3. Use POP 3 configuration type. Select
that type of email if you are asked.
Incoming Mail: (POP 3) -- mail.yourdomain.com
Outgoing Mail: (SMPT) -- mail.yourdomain.com
Account Name: the name of your account.
Password: Gives you the option to enter your password.
